Warranty

As the seller we make no warranties, expressed or implied, of performance, merchantability, workmanship, fitness, quality, durability or suitability of the merchandise in any respect including its fitness for the purpose and uses of the buyer. Since we cannot control the manner or use of products after their sale, we will not be responsible for any consequential or indirect damages. Campbell Tools shall not be liable for injuries or death to persons or property damages occurring during use of our products. The price of any defective item is the limit of our liability.

Out of Stock Items

If we should find ourselves temporarily out of an item on your order, it will be put on back order and will be shipped as soon as possible at actual shipping rates. Unless we have customer authorization to hold merchandise on backorder longer than 90 days, it will be automatically cancelled and you will be notified.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Our products are satisfaction guaranteed. If you are dissatisfied with any of our products, return it in its original condition within 5 days of receipt of merchandise and we will replace it or refund your money. Returns due to customer error must be returned prepaid and are subject to restocking charges. All items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. All defective products will be replaced at our expense. Special order merchandise or merchandise held by customer for over 30 days will not be accepted for return.
